The 2.5litres Outback with naturally aspirated Subaru Boxer engine has a LineartronicTM (CVT) transmission. The 3.6 Litres Outback delivers 260HP generated by a 6 cylinder Boxer engine and comes with 5-speed Automatic transmission.
